The old town of Budva
The Old Town is a unique architectural entity surrounded by towers and fortresses. It survived major damage during the earthquake that occurred in 1979, but was successfully restored a decade later. Sveti Stefan Peninsula
Sveti Stefan was a fishing village for centuries, and in the mid-fifties of the last century it was turned into a luxury resort, and today it is the most exclusive summer resort in Montenegro. It is ten kilometers from Budva, which makes it ideal for day trips. It is authentic for its stone houses and turquoise beaches, while in the surroundings there are numerous paths for walking and getting to know the beauties that this peninsula has to offer.
Old Olive Ivanovići
The old olive tree belongs to the Ivanović family and was protected as a natural monument in 1994. It is about 2000 years old and, along with the olive tree in Bar, it is considered one of the oldest olive trees on the Adriatic. You can reach it if you turn from the main road Budva - Bar at the turn at the hotel Splendid and in two kilometers you will reach the village of Ivanovići. The old olive tree is ten meters high, and its root circumference is 12.5 meters.
Mogren beach
Mogren is the favorite beach of Budva. It is located close to the Old Town and consists of two beaches connected by a tunnel that passes through the natural rock. It got its name from a Spanish sailor who was saved right here after a shipwreck.
Miločerski Park
Miločer settlement is located six kilometers from Budva. Miločerski Park covers an area of 18 hectares, it was built in the French style and was once the royal residence of the Karađorđević family. In this park there are rare plants from Africa, Asia and America. Some of them are tropical mimosa, agave, magnolia, Japanese medlar, cacti and other rare species. You can reach Miločerski Park from Budva by car in 15 minutes.
