  • Explore Kotor in a day - let us be your guide on this one-day adventure

You have arrived in Kotor and you don't know where to start with sightseeing. To begin with, we suggest you drink coffee in one of the gardens in the Old Town and we will organize your day in this medieval gem.

Since we are already in the Old Town, let's stay here a bit longer. Let's start from the Cathedral of St. Trypun, the symbol of the town. The cathedral was built over several decades and was completed in 1166. It was built as a three-nave basilica and here, in addition to the "holy head" of St. Tripun, it houses numerous relics and votive objects of various shapes, which are the work of Kotor goldsmiths from the 15th to the 20th century.

Then we will walk along the thousand-year-old ramparts to reach the fortress, which offers the most beautiful view of the town. Inside the walls of the Old Town, there are numerous squares, among which the most famous are the Square of Arms, the Square of Flour, the Square of Culture and others. In our tour we will also include a visit to the most important Orthodox churches, Sveti Luka and Sveti Nikola.

When we pass through the Sea Gate, we will find ourselves on the main and largest square - the Square of Arms. This specific name was given to the square because in the 16th century, the town's defenders were equipped with weapons at that very spot. We will see Napoleon's theater, the Prince's Palace and the City Tower with a clock from 1602.

Although recognizable for its rich history, Kotor also has modern places that you can visit if you get "full" of history at one point. The city has a modern shopping center, clubs and restaurants for relaxation and enjoyment, spa centers and a popular wine bar. We guarantee that you will not miss out on the modern atmosphere. We will do everything to make sightseeing Kotor in one day a real experience for you.
